...and now.
Summary
On the evening of Friday, August 14, 1998, the 1983 classmates and their
significant others celebrated their La Follette heritage at the
University of Wisconsin Memorial Union. A humorous video medley featuring
scenes from our high school years and from previous reunions started out
the evening. After some remarks from our class officers and members
of the reunion committee (one with a strange growth on his
shoulder), a great meal, free beer, lively conversation, and even
some dancing ensued.
On Saturday, August 15, a La Follette crowd assembled again at
Tenney Park for a picnic.
All in all, the weekend provided an enjoyable opportunity to rekindle
some old friendships.
